NoMo SoHo, the trendy five star hotel in NYC’s Soho district, is taking it up a notch. The 264-room luxury hotel will be unveiling a new 1,100-square-foot signature penthouse suite, with an additional 1,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. As reported by the Real Deal, the penthouse, located on the hotel’s 26th floor, will feature customizable space with a kitchenette, wet bar, large living area and a master bedroom. It will officially become available on June 1. Pricing for the suite has not yet been disclosed.

“The penthouse is truly going to be one-of-a-kind and will offer SoHo visitors an extraordinary hotel accommodation to unwind or entertain and will also be available for long-term stays,” says Brian Sparacino, a NoMo SoHo brand representative. “Located at the top of NoMo SoHo hotel, the rooftop penthouse will overlook all that’s great in Manhattan and will be just steps away from Soho district’s premier shopping boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and New York City’s most compelling attractions.”

The tasteful hotel is located on 9 Crosby street, a prime location for designer shopping and various art galleries. Little Italy and the Canal Street Subway are only a few blocks away. The hotel’s sense of style is inspired by the Jean Cocteau Film, "La Belle et la Bête". A fitness center, and bar & restaurant compliment the modern guest rooms.  The rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows, plasma-screen TVs, down bedding and marble bathrooms.

In 2014, ASRR & Gerard Guez purchased the hotel for $205 million from Deutsche Bank in a Foreclosure auction.
