After Hurricane Sandy, a famous decades-old Jersey Shore roller coaster was reduced to mere wreckage on the beach off Seaside Heights. Now, there is a new coaster in its place after the space was left empty for years. The new coaster is far from the prior’s rickety design; it is actually the Hydrus ride, taken straight from the nearby Six Flags Great Adventure theme park.
